Scholarship Overview:
The Elena Lau Scholarship Fund is designed to provide financial assistance to individuals who are participants or members of the Canadian Chinese Alliance Churches Association (CCACA) who are eager to participate and serve on short-term mission trips. The scholarship will cover 50% of the total cost of the trip (excluding airfare). This scholarship aims to support individuals who wish to discover their talents and passions, and use their cultural backgrounds to contribute
to mission work around the world while fostering a greater understanding of love for different cultures.
Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Membership or Participation: The applicant must be a member of a CCACA Church or a participant in the programming of a CCACA Church.
2. Age: The applicant age must be between 16 to 25
3. Trip Participation: The Applicant must be planning to participate in a mission trip with Inca Link Canada to any of the Inca Link Canada sites.
4. Commitment: The applicant must be able to demonstrate a commitment to the mission work and the values of cultural exchange, service, and global outreach.
Scholarship Amount:
● The scholarship will cover 50% of the cost of the mission trip with Inca Link Canada (not including airfare).
● The scholarship is intended to assist with costs such as accommodations, meals, local transportation, and activities related to the mission trip.
